Return Policy - Replica Rolex Watches

We are confident in the quality of all of our designer replica watches.  It is our mission to make the customer happy.  In order to do so, we have crafted a return policy that attempts to cover for some of those problematic situations.

Return Procedures

We want every customer completely satisfied with every watch they receive, so we offer a complete policy regarding quality concerns. If you have a concern, be sure to first fill out a simple contact form HERE. The Superwatches team will then provide detailed instructions about what to do next.

Please be aware that:

- All watches must be couriered back to China at the customer’s expense, and that a tracking number is required for every return or exchange.

- After you send us this number, we will make sure the watch gets back to us, and guarantee it if it is lost en route.

- All returned watches come with a $30 restocking fee.

- All quality concern inquiries must be sent within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving the original watch order.
